Tong Len meditation is a heartfelt practice that we can use to honour our deceased loved ones by visualising their faces and recalling the love, joy, and abundance they brought into our lives. As we breathe in, we absorb their positive qualities, and as we exhale, we send out compassion, gratitude and love to them. This meditation guides you through this practice. So make sure you won’t be disturbed for the coming 10 minutes.
