Tongue and Groove | Siemens NX 11

Hi dear Steve..., On a regular basis, I watch yr videos n learn. Can you pl make separate video on (hope, you will).. How to Start and Finish: Global Shaping, X-Form and I-Form. Shaping/ Morphing within specific small profile like; Round, Ellipse, Square and Rectangle.. Similar like Dinner plate.. Thanks in advance

I use sweep for that, you have to control the draft angle, for the down part is good however for the top it’s no good, probably cause damage in the parte it’s molding

In practical application, Need clearance at top face of lip to assemble the component.

very interesting your videos, I would not have used the geometry mirror command, but I would have done the surface above the symmetrical control of the x-form
