Ty for sharing, my stepdaughter just returned from church camp and asked if I spoke in tongues. Well, I explained to her that tongues are languages and that God is not the author of confusion but Peace, so on and so forth but she told me I guess we just believe different things. Well, you can imagine my thoughts on that comment. She is 15 and loves to argue with me, since I know satan will even use children. I let it go and sent her clips of this video since kids these days only have the attention span of 30 seconds these days. I thought clips where a good idea. I 🙏 I have done the planting needed and knew just where to go to get the correct teaching of such a matter. Since she won't listen to me. 😢

Ask her if she knws what the so called pastors or people talking in tongues are saying?..I sure she cant because its gibberish and garbage...they are quoting gibberish that comes to their mind.

There are several gifts of tongues....an unknown tongue that is your own personal prayer language....that you do not use in public. There is a gift of tongues that is a prophetic gift spoken in service that another person is given an interpretation. Then you have a gift that every man heard in his own language. More than one gift and more than one usage.
