40 yrs old and when i go back to these songs and like the nu metal era, which is really frequently, it shows it wasn't a phase. fucking kick ass, great crunchy sound, heavy as fuck. absolutely badass. Ironically these 'emo' music that was kind of mocked ended up ageing like a fine wine and the sound still sounds SO GOOD twenty years later
