There are tonic videos on KZbin that explain the bigger set that doesn't cut one side for a variable size spine is the base set and the more decorative set there is to add more decorative to the cover and pages. happy crafting!

Nice project 😍 as for the dies don't cut the edge of the die then you can trim the paper to the size you want ... what I mean put the cutting pad away from the cutting edge of thd die I hope you understand what I'm trying to say 😅

Great video, lovely album. Those dies are lovely. I'm wondering if the large dies are meant to hold together without a spine but with punched holes and rings???? Just an idea.
@carolinewhite91544 жыл бұрын
Hey with that die set you don't need the spine cos when you cut them out it has tab but you will need to score it add your pages then put the end page cut off the rest of the paper cos the tab it gives you few inches
@susanpollock88835 жыл бұрын
Hi Sam I have just started watching your videos which are great, what I would like to know is how do you keep your plates for your Gemini so flat! Sue x
@sammcgowan765 жыл бұрын
Hi sweetie. Thankyou for supporting my channel. I rotate and then them after every single pass hunni xxxz
@danicariaso74165 жыл бұрын
Hi, Sam...the noggin’s/dots (stripped spacer) for the spine is your measurement of the height of the albums. So, you get to cut a bit on both ends. There is a You Tube video by Jodie Johnson that explains the method perfectly.

Hi Sam, i got quite taken aback hearing a Scottish voice coming out of the speakers. You know how you just don't expect it as there are all sorts of random names on here. Any way flower, do you come from anywhere near Stirling? I have these dies also but haven't ventured into making an album yet as i have yet to find the perfect papers for it. I am just wondering how many others are like us that would wonder how the spine fits with that album. Thank you for showing how you got around it and on to part two. Crafty hugs from Glenochil.

Lost the plot, sorry, the set I cannot find any tutorials for is the 'book of special memories keepsake insert creator dies'. Searching for that I found you, and thought I'd get some help with the one I bought, which I may return, as I feel 'had' paying for dies that aren't connected to the set. The other looks interesting though, for a beginner. Apologies!

I would like the big est please
@cottonwoolclouds5 жыл бұрын
I bought the two sets sold together, and can only find a use for the very small dies from the large set, to decorate the book. Otherwise, I can't find any use for the large dies within the set and think I shall return it. Some sets seem to have all that's needed for a larger book, and they are cheaper as they don't contain things that aren't needed. I know I could use the large dies for other things, but thought I was paying for things that were needed for the book, and I have other large dies so could have saved my money. Also, Jodie said 'there are loads of tutorials online', but not for this set there isn't! Your's is the only one I can find for this book, I'm feeling disappointed.
