Did she say it takes 48 HOURS to charge??? What in the fuck takes that long to charge. We’ve been charging ours for 3 days straight and still dies immediately after being disconnected from charger. So you’re gonna need that charger

That’s what Tonies support team is telling people that have the same problem you’re having. Please contact them if you haven’t. It shouldn’t be dying off of the charger. Sorry that’s been happening with your box.
