⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 爆醬腩片豆腐煲 材料: 急凍豬腩片1包 煎炸豆腐1盒 旺菜(細)1個(約1斤) 洋蔥1個 白蘑菇4粒 靈芝菇1包 薑3片 蔥適量 處理: 1. 旺菜,搣開一塊塊,清水洗乾淨。 2. 靈芝菇,切去尾部,清水洗乾淨。 3. 洋蔥,去皮,清水洗乾淨,搣開一塊塊。 4. 腩片,連包裝袋,清水解凍。 5. 豆腐,1開6。 6. 預備好煲仔。 烹調: 1. 大火在鑊內爆香蒜蓉1茶匙。 2. 加入腩片,炒香。 3. 加入薑片及蔥白,炒香。 4. 加入豆瓣醬2湯匙,炒勻。 5. 加入洋蔥,炒勻。 6. 熄火。 7. 旺菜,放上面。 8. 靈芝菇,放上面。 9. 白蘑菇,放上面。 10. 豆腐,排好。 11. 加入調味料: a. 生抽1湯匙 b. 蠔油1湯匙 c. 糖半湯匙 12. 大火滾起,加入大滾水300毫升,冚蓋。 13. 煲仔已滾起,可随意打一隻雞蛋在上面,冚蓋1分鐘。 14. 完成,可享用。 Tofu claypot with pork belly in chili bean sauce Ingredients: Frozen pork belly 1 pack Hard tofu 1 box Wongbok (small) 1 No. (About 1 catty) Onion 1 No. White mushrooms 4 Nos. Lingzhi mushrooms 1 pack Ginger 3 slices Green onion appropriate amount Preparation: 1. Wongbok, tear it slice by slice. Rinse with tap water. 2. Lingzhi mushrooms, cut off the ends. Rinse with tap water. 3. Onion, get it peeled. Rinse with tap water. Separate it slice by slice. 4. Pork belly, with plastics, defrost in tap water. 5. Tofu, divide it into 6 shares. 6. Get ready for a claypot. Steps: 1. Put 1 tsp of garlic sauce in the pot. Fry it at high flame. 2. Add in the belly, fry well. 3. Add in ginger slices and green onion (white portion), fry well. 4. Add in 2 tbsp of chili bean sauce, fry well. 5. Add in onion, fry well. 6. Turn off fire. 7. Wongbok, put on top. 8. Lingzhi mushrooms, put on top. 9. White mushrooms, put on top. 10. Tofu, put in rows. 11. Add seasoning: a. Light soya sauce 1 tbsp b. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp c. Sugar 0.5 tbsp 12. Heat up at high flame. Add in 300ml of boiled-up water. Cover up the pot. 13. The pot boils up, break an egg on top (upon personal favourites). Cover it up for a minute. 14. Complete. Serve.
