Mr. USA=The best shoots on the internet! He is the only one whose topic deviation are more interesting than the subject. Tony Atlas is one of the only legends who comprehends that the fast paced wrestling is a reflection of the society and is not trying to drag these kids for their style. "Most people light their candles by blowing yours out" I had a way of verbalizing this concept, but this is how I'll articulate it from now on. That Chyna segment hit the heart. He is the only man who seems to revere women as much as I.

I agree. As far as im concerned Pro Wrestling died around 2003/4. Ive been watching all the awa/nwa/wwf/wccw TV and house shows from my era. 83-93. I got into New and All Japan around 91 then back into WCW during the nwo up until the end of Hogans 2002 nostalgia run. I hate all current product. Its not pro wrestling imo.

It's one mans opinion, very much open to hearing yours as to why they do belong. Outside of a hideous Fall Brawl 1993, I can't remember many Harlem Heat main events.
@blackant515 жыл бұрын
@@bostonwrestlingcom Harlem Heat were a dominant tag team that held their own during their era. There is not one match I look to but their cohesiveness in the ring. This is also one man's opinion and I can find others in the Hall of Fame that I would question on why they are there as well.

He put The Undertaker as a top draw over The Rock and Lou Thesz. I think Austin, Hogan, The Rock, Sammartino and Lou Thesz might be the 5 top alltime draws in pro wrestling if you look at how long was a top draw, but I think Thesz, Hogan and Sammartino had more longevity as a top draw than Austin or The Rock. Austin's peak level of popularity may have exceeded those four, but his time at or near the top was shorter. The Rock may have had a longer run as one of the draws than Austin.
@tomjones5650 Жыл бұрын
Nobody will ever surpass Bruno's longevity.
@pbanik Жыл бұрын
@tomjones5650 I think Gypsy Joe, Lou Thesz, The Shiek (Sabu's uncle), not Khosrow Vaziri, who died recently and was The Iron Shiek and Terry Funk might be some wrestlers who had careers just as long if not longer.
@tomjones5650 Жыл бұрын
But Bruno sold out the MSG, Spectrum,Boston Garden, Baltimore Civic Ctr. Practically every month. No wrestler can come close.
@pbanik Жыл бұрын
@@tomjones5650 That was just one region of one country, while others have done more nationwide and worldwide. Bruno was a draw, but in terms of longevity and duration of champion he wasn't anywhere near Lou Thesz, who was arguably a better technical wrestler than Bruno was as well.

Thesz while great didn't draw great since early 60s.

Hogan does not get the same reception anymore !!! To the fans of today's WWE.... Taker is that vet they all grew up with.
@handsolo12095 жыл бұрын
There must be some parallel universe somewhere where Undertaker was a draw, but I don't think anyone has found it yet. Good solid guy on the card, always in the shadow of the stars.
@kingslowbrafas2925 жыл бұрын
Hogan was the 2nd highest draw behind Bruno. They had garbage undercards and folks came just to see them. The unedited "eye of the tiger" 1982 - WM1 rise of hulkamania was incredible. Post 88 the undercard stars were biig enough to carry the Bshows etc. The attitude era sold because of the variety of stars.

No, he def means either Clogs or Crocs. I think Crocs because he said Mizark wore them and Clogs were more of a womans shoe in the late 70s early 80s. My Mom wore them. They do resemble mickey mouse shoes, but Crocs do also. Crocs even look like sub zero temp snow boots folks in alaska etc wear. They are white and people call them mickey mouse boots. Tony is def not talking about those ugly glorified suede moccasins with pencil eraser rubber soled Wonder Years kevin arnold frankenstein Clarks. I had a pair in 2nd grade in the 80s.
