What is the issue with this car on bumps? Tony complained about it at the start of the video and I'm not sure what it was referring to

The suspension is too low so it either shreds itself on slight bumps which messes with the driving, or ramps off flat road which happeend mid-chase. Also any elevated position (Like 6:50 ) it stops dead.

That car is trash and it was smoking cause it stalled when it hit the light pole, the curb on the over pass and the truck can't believe that car is s pluss
