Yeah if u think about it he is one of the most important long serving best character on Hollyoaks literally out of all the Hollyoaks characters who would be stupid enough to think they will end his storyline by getting him killed by an old lady like he would be sent off with a really good emotional storyline not being killed. And anyone can come back from the dead Nico got burnt during the Halloween stunt and she came back after a year or 2 even Warren fox cake back from the dead. That dialogue between Tony and Breda at the end is among the worse I have ever seen - in a murder story. Both in itself, and because it drags this ridiculous SL on for even longer. Having Harry return was a great idea. But he should have returned alive, and in the company of police. Police who followed Breda 24/7 to prevent her from killing more people, and after having been able to save Harry for the same reason, finally had enough evidence against Breda - when Harry recovered from his injuries, and could be interviewed about who had stabbed him - to arrest Breda for the murders, since circumstantial evidence tied her to all the victims. Russ and Carl because their deaths benefited her future daughter in law Mercedes, Glenn because she served in the bar that day - and therefore had opportunity, Louie because she knew him being his youngest son`s nanny. The only one she couldn`t be tied to directly was Mac Nightingale. But taking into account those two chased each other around in Mac`s flat, there should be plenty of trace evidence to tie Breda both to Mac`s body, and his flat around the time of his death. So as soon as Harry had been well enough to speak, there would be more than enough evidence to charge Breda with the serial killings. Tony`s additional information about the teddies, should have strengthened the case against Breda even further. This should have been over now, Harry and Tony still alive - and Breda getting a surprise of a lifetime seeing Harry appearing alive; making her realize her game was up..
