Playing THUG on an actual OG Xbox is better than running it on a 360, because the emulation on the latter is a bit jank and there are way more frame drops than on original hardware. It even runs at a native 720p60, which is pretty impressive for 2003. Who even *had* a TV capable of 720p in 2003? Chad Muska probably did... The PS2 version probably has the best controls, though. The original Xbox controller button layout can cause some slight issues, especially with stuff like spine transfers.

Fuck yeah jumping and grinding on a nice pole. Well in-game I'd say their faces look like original Half-Life. I don't think I agree with the Half-Life 2 comparison at all, really.
