I had pre ordered the deluxe version of this cd on Amazon and they sent the regular cd. So I reordered and again I just received the cd version and not the dvd cd version. So I sent an email to someone from the liner notes telling what happened. A week later I get a reply and fast forward 2 weeks after that and I received an autographed copy of the dvd cd version in the mail. I was sooooo happy. Thank you Tony. I think it was his producer that arranged the autograph. Love these performances and Nili kicks some major butt too.
