Outstanding Manager. You can sense he has a real understanding of the players and supporters alike. He's comment to just treat the team you are playing just as players (in other words do not be in awe of them) is so true. I fully expect us to get at least one win against either Ipswich or southamptom, remembering he has already beaten them 5 - 0 with sunderland. Huge respect to Tony.

Partly because people are struggling financially, the cost of living crisis has hit a lot of people really hard. I would guess many have to rethink how they use any disposable income, if they have any. The way the club has been run in recent years and team performances has clearly meant that people won't prioritise match day. 💙

After the 1st half, I couldn’t see with the starting 11, where a goal was going to come from? When the same team came out for the 2nd half, I feared the worst however…. What a leader TM is!
