Agree 100% with Adam’s take on the refs, the physical play of West Virginia and muddying the game to try and win. They did a great job of keeping Iowas offense in check, but gotta knock down them shots. Also loved the comment on those complaining probably watching their first women’s basketball game. Was thinking the same thing this morning. Keep up the great work guys!

I became a fan during the BJ Armstrong era. This was the first season I didn't watch a game...not out of protest, I just didn't have interest. Listening to this podcast made me realize why. The Iowa media can't even make the case for Tony Perkins to finish his career here. It used to be that you watched and rooted for the players even when the team wasn't good. But now the players aren't loyal. I'm finding it hard to get excited about basketball next season. Just being honest.

All fair comments. Carver often looked like fans of all ilk had trouble getting excited for the men this season. It's a tough position to be in for the players that feel a strong connection to the program, but the NCAA has set it up to make it seem like there's always greener pastures elsewhere.

I'll admit as a Clark fan, you can see where the naysayers are coming from. A great player, especially in college, should let the head coach do the complaining. Go back to the Holy Cross game where she drove into triple coverage, didn't get a call, and then did a soccer headbutt. That's gonna be hard for even Iowa fans to defend.

I’m a die hard Iowa fan and I said shut up already before it panned to her dad mouthing/saying shut up on camera 😂 when she head butted the ball I was like that’s a Technical on anyone but her, I see it man I don’t like that about her but when you’re playing in and that moment it’s way different

YOU'RE A LIAR..... Tony can score is beyond false news. Did ya seriously say that? Where was his "scoring" in the Illinois games,, where was the Perkins points in the Purdue games where, n was T. Perkins even in the Utah game. He's AVERAGE AT BEST, The offense looked ten times more better when Harding was running the show. Perkins WON'T be missed next season.

....He was the second-leading scorer on the team this season. We also said he wasn't consistent. Those things are not mutually exclusive.
