@@212roblox212 I personally think the best "medicine"/"supplements" are: 1. Enough sleep 2. Excercise 3. Fasting sometimes 4. And most importantly "Healthy" food (we all kinda know what that is). If we are lacking any of these, supplements will not help our overall health any more than fixing the 4 points. The effects of these 4 are stronger than any supplements. With that being said, I'm boring. i just stick to creatinine and protein for workouts, and multivitamins to cover all bases. I don't know much about these supplements and much of it seems to not be for regular people and for profit. But honestly i dont really know how well they work. Reddit is usually a much better source since people share personal experience. But remember the 4 points are always above anything else.
