I think...it is when, people are driving too close and impatient/lazy...at waiting for the vehicle in front, to turn off!

Whenever I turn off at a junction on a 60mph road I do it as quick as possible and yet people seem to think using the right turn lane to overtake is fine. But it isn't!

i stay behind but get annoyed if the guy driving slows to like 5mph to turn round a wide corner
