I've always thought Iron Man 3 was a really good movie because it showed what Stark could do without just relying on the armor to do the work, and when faced with bad surprises and overwhelming odds.

Iron man was specifically trained by captain america among other martial artists, yo the point where he became a physically formidable combatant when the situation demands it.

Primarily wing chun, but he does use flourishes of karate (his side blocks look way too vertical to be wing chun techniques), judo (the throw he does when using the homemade taser on the guard), boxing (primarily using hooks and haymakers when striking), and Muay Thai (frequent use of elbows and knees)

Well, Tony Stark is not skilled fighter like Hawkeye or Black widow or Black Panther. Most of his reflexes and fight is based on the fact that his armour increases his strength and speed to some degree. But, the actor RDJ knows Wing Chin, Chinese martial arts. It would be nice if the director decided to incorporate it with the character.
