I guess I don't understand that whole overplaying stuff. Instead of following the music, it's like he is thinking ' ok, time to show off what I can do'. I'm sure you have feel, but it's not shown here. A large number of drummers can show off fast triplets.. and it has been done to ad-nauseam

The only ones that are different are the ones that’s gotten to play for major artist and have really perfected their craft and had major growth.
