The sad thing about a lot of people is they're not educated. If someone tell you to give them 1k-50k to help you or teach you to buy realestate and you believe they are helping you run. If you have that kind of money your better off sitting down with your bank or a loan officer and let them tell you your options. I have bought 3 houses in my life and never ever put more than $500 down for any of the homes. Knowledge is free when will people learn this. Was good fam! I ain’t gone lie; I used to love watching Envy and CTG on the Breakfast Club and still watch the show from time to time. I spent $1500 years ago on a housing seminar (not Flipping Houses in NJ) as this was NC. I left that seminar feeling with a big ass binder and in the back of my mind I felt uncomfortable, uncertain and uneasy; because once it ended, you’re like okay where do we go from hear. I did some follow up calls and got the run around from administrators of that company. So if 𝔻𝕁 Envy is involved in selling the people a false sense of hope… I pray that the brother does the right thing and refund all of those who invested and didn’t get what they were seeking a full refund and a sincere apology to make things right!
