Sammy was linked to more bodies than Terrance, the Feds could only link him to 19 bodies; however, the Feds believed the count was a lot more. He cooperated and closed alot of cold cases on him and his dead friends he helped the cops and detectives and etc look better to their higher ups since they closed so many cases so they allowed him to get out early and it’s also a rule/law that helped him get out after serving that much time

Why would he confess to all those bodies to get out of prison (if he didn't do it)? They told him if they find out of any more bodies, they would come for him. There's no limitations to that. So he gave up everything so as to guarantee they would find no more.

Snitching is defined by did you work with the prosecution, throwing somebody else under the bus in an attempt to totally get off or reduce your punishment. In order to confess to a murder and it actually be taken seriously u have to give super details. Not just vague stuff. In order for them to get 40 confessions he had to tell them exactly how many times each person got shot. Damn near the date and times. All the above then they gotta go back to find if somebody that name died on the date and all kinda shut

Bruh that was 30 yrs ago. Revenge was had when the other three Hot Boys were killed. The people that he killed were thuggin in the streets too. These weren't innocent people.
