It's clear why onset of transformation gets quicker with larger undercooling (increasing delta g) but why that transformation begin time increases after some time ? In short why do we see a maxima like thing in ttt diagram ?

Very nice! Thanks! How do we define where the pearlite, bainite structures form on the IT diagram? All I have on my diagrams is F+C. Are all pearlite, bainite zones the same on all IT diagrams, regardless of carbon content?
