Here's An Uncle Tony's Quick Tutorial of how to play the guitar with little or no tension, or at least how to be mindful of it. I try to keep these tutorials as brief as they can possibly be. Remember: you should strive to have almost no tension in your wrists and hands when you are playing, keeping the rhythm is more important than playing the "right" notes, and down / up picking is the key to the universe!
