消暑森林浴~烏來．紅河谷步道 (Honghe Valley Trail)

紅河谷步道是熊空-紅河谷越嶺古道的一段，從紅河谷至3.5K工寮的這段山徑最優雅怡人，稱為 ｢紅河谷步道 ｣ , 沿途建有３座吊橋及多座小木橋越過溪澗，路況大幅改善，成為一條夏日消暑的森林浴健行路線。
The Honghe (Red River) Valley Trail is a section of the Xiongkong-Honghe Cross-ridge Historical Trail. The section from the Honghe Valley to the 3.5K logging camp is the most elegant and pleasant trail section. It is called "Honghe Valley Trail". There are 3 suspension bridges and many more small bridges cross the stream along the way. The trail condition is greatly improved, becoming a forest bathing hiking route for summer cooling.

步道入口→40分鐘→觀音廟→30分鐘→2K處→50分鐘→工寮 (來回約4小時, 含休息)
Trail entrance→40 minutes→Guanyin Temple→30 minutes→2K place→50 minutes→Logging Camp (about 4 hours round trip, including rest)

【交通資訊】（Traffic Information）
★大眾運輸：從捷運新店站搭乘公車849至成功站, 步行加九寮路約1.1公里 (20分鐘) 至紅河谷步道入口。
★自行開車：Google地圖衛星導航輸入「新北市烏來區紅河谷步道」即可抵達目的地。步道入口附近路旁空地可以停車。
★Public transportation: Take bus 849 from MRT Xindian Station to Chenggong Stop, and walk on Jiajiuliao Road for about 1.1 kilometers (20 minutes) to the entrance of the Honghe Valley Trail.
★By car: Google Maps satellite navigation and input "Honghe Valley Trail, Wulai District, New Taipei City" to reach the destination. Parking is available in the open space near the trail entrance.
