I've really enjoyed using skirmisher on Sif. With three counterattacks on her taunt that skirmisher really comes in useful. Not really needed to go all the way to level 5

I have Hawkeye set as Skirmisher, with Black Widow as Striker. The extra damage and buff removal provided by that combo is quite nice.
