The moment when Walt throws blue meth at a zombie actually is a reference to an old popular theory. In TWD season 1, Merle has some blue meth in his bag, and his backstory says that he used to deal meth in New Mexico (Breaking Bad is set in Albuquerque). So in the early seasons, a lot of fans theorised that TWD was set in the same world as Breaking Bad, a few years after Walt's death. Some people even thought that the first zombies were meth heads that mutated because of the poor quality of meth (Walt being dead, nobody knows how to cook a perfect blue sky anymore...).

​@@cooldude2251 While there's nothing saying it was the Blue Sky that caused the zombies there is evidence showing the creators of the Walking Dead made it to be in the same universe as Breaking Bad (In an interview showrunner Dave Erickson admitted they intended them to be in the same universe but kept it subtle so people who didn't like it didn't have to believe it). In-show evidence they put in: The WD spinoff show Fear The Walking Dead had the Breaking Bad song Negro y Azul: The Ballad of Heisenberg playing in a market, Gus stole a car identical to the one Walter bought his son (which we know there were more of because he first saw it on an advertisement billboard), Darryl had a bag of Blue Sky in his drug stash and the showrunners had him describe Jesse Pinkman when talking about his brother's dealer, Whisperer Alpha sang a song to her daughter called "Lydia, the Tattooed Lady" which was the same song set as Todd's ringtone when Lydia called him in the last episode of Breaking Bad, etc.

Whats weird about this one is there was a lot of other material Rick couldve used against Walt and it made this battle so one sided. Like with Shane cheating on him, Rick couldve flipped that and brought up the fact that Skyler cheated on him as well. Early ERBs have that tendency I guess

I think Rick gets overlooked because of that Last Line magic from Walter. He didn't have the harder punches, but I always lean toward the ones that are the most calm and collected. I always love the response to "Walter Jr. Handles walkers better than you" and then Rick flatlines three zeds with three shots without looking. More of a visual flip than lyrical.

The real reason why the OP's argument is flawed is because Walter would still have cooked meth in Germany because he got off on it.

(Or at the very least, there's not X amount of debt hanging over your family.) You think having to wash cars on the side means your job provides enough money? What exactly was WW's plan to provide for his family post-funeral, bearing in mind it took, what, three seasons before he looked into laundering the money? Even when the drug money was flowing in how exactly did WW use the money to improve his family's situation if that's what was really important to him? Did he buy his own ICU, so he had at-home life support machines? Did he buy Junior a better form of mobility support? Iirc, there seemed to be a glaring difference between what WW said he wanted and what he actually did.

you're missing out, i thought Breaking Bad was gonna suck when i heard about it, then when i was bored and nothing else was on Netflix, i gave it a shot, ended up watching the whole damn thing in a binge. The Walking Dead also started off excellent, but then slowly went downhill, mostly because it overstayed it's welcome, if you like Zombie stuff then you'll love TWD.

She had literally zero reason to believe her comatose husband could survive in a hospital filled with zombies on what saline they already had him hooked up to. It's a freaking miracle he woke up before he died of dehydration (which he was already suffering from when he did wake) or got eaten by a zombie in the infested hospital. In their grief she and Shane turned to each other. I don't actually see anything wrong with that. Also slut shaming in general is sexist bullshit but even if I decide to come down to that misogynistic level sleeping with one person when you're grieving what you thought was the death of your husband ON TOP of the end of society and the deaths of all they knew and loved still wouldn't qualify.

it's weird cause this ERB came out in May 2014 and the last season of Breaking Bad finished airing in 2013 so the diss was there. Definitely felt more biased towards Breaking Bad. Rick was attacking Walt's character the whole time and calling out all his faults. Walt spends half of it bragging about himself. Season 5 of The Walking Dead hadn't aired yet so Rick wasnt even in his prime lol. Would've been funny to see a Schitzo Rick talking on the phone to Lori, something like "Lori called, you suck" and then just go full Schitzo 😂 would've been an awesome setup for the Lori diss Walt dropped
