An app is launching in Houston this week that can help you save money on food and help save the environment. FOX 26 Consumer Reporter Heather Sullivan shows us how the 'Too Good To Go' app is working with local restaurants to sell food for a fraction of the price.

omg this is so dumb it's almost cool 😂 all the food in the landfills .homeless and starving humans still gotta have a credit card and a car to make sure they still have to pay for food that was going to get thrown away anyway

Shhhhhhhh relax. These are small businesses trying to reduce waste and still try and make enough money to get by. A company came up with a way to attempt to fix a problem and maybe they might fix even more problems. It's more work than most of us are trying to do. We talk about the homeless, and not to take away from them, but there are households struggling RN too with finances and food. Low price food to feed people so they can save money, reduce waste, keep small businesses floating as well. You gotta look at it from a rounded positive position.
