Great TGTG bag 👍 i think I'd slice up one of the pork chops you mentioned and make a stir fry with the pineapple and spring onions. Then maybe a casserole with the sausages kale and carrots and use some of the mini baguette to mop up the gravy 😋

You can toss the kale with olive oil and salt and roast for a bit for delicious crisps.

Kale is lovely! I wish supermarkets didn’t sell it chopped as you have to go through it to take the tough stems off. But it’s great in soups, stews, curries, chillies, roasted as chips, steamed like cabbage as a side veg. Cheap, versatile and delicious.

Yes you can repot it. You will find that there are a lot of separate plants in that little plastic pot all struggling for nutrients so you can separate them into individual pots and have quite a few plants. If you don’t want them all you can give to friends. I do this with basil. Nice shopping haul 👍

FYI if your green onions still have roots, you can set them in a clear glass of water on a window sill, and you will have green onions for a while. If you just cut the green part off as you need they will continue to push out green leaves😊

That is an amazing TGTG bag. I'm sure the coriander might repot, otherwise, it should do well on the windowsill. I love Kale. I just usually pick the greenery off the bits of stalk, as they can be a bit tough. It cooks really quickly xx

White bean and Kale soup with a bit of carrot shredded in. Braised Kale and Rice, Broccoli and Kale Salad. Any pasta and a sautéed Kale is good. Kale scones with cheddar cheese. Dressing (Stuffing) with Kale and Sausage and some stale bread. Eggplant - slice thinly longways and use in place of lasagna noodles and layer with sautéed kale, carrot, onion, cheese...cheddar would be good, pasta sauce, top with more cheese and bake like a lasagna... If you de-case a couple of sausage links and cook up you can layer that in there as well. Bread - pizza, bread pudding, garlic bread, bruschetta, french toast, cheese on toast, sandwiches, croutons for soup and salad and dried into bread crumbs. Ham or Sausage Strata using cubed bread in baking dish sprinkle with shredded cheese (could add a bit of kale) use either ham or sausage (cooked & cubed or crumbles) then pour an egg and milk mixture over it and bake.

Thank you 😊... The egg plant went into a moussaka which was lovely.. still some in the freezer. Still undecided about the kale as there is so much choice. The bread is in the freezer and again I have loads of options. Thank you 😊 x

@MoneyMadeMagic slice eggplant into rounds. Bread slices, fry, layer into casserole pan, pour marinara sauce over it , sprinkle with grated parmesian cheese. Bake about 350°f until cheese is bubbly and a bit brown on the edge.
