Its fantastic that you`re trying your best to adopt a positive attitude. The easy option is to look to the future or the past and think about how happiness exists in a different place to where you are now. But if you think about it, happiness can only exist in the present moment. I often struggle with being positive and can be driven by a desire for more, so I know and have experienced a lot of what you have talked about in recent videos.
