That's some Ascalon slander. With all respect to Ela she's just another great sniper in the long line of great DPS units we got recently, and then Logos and Walter follow her almost immediately to powercreep both arts and phys DPS. Ascalon opens some options while Ela is a sidegrade to any other modern sniper.

@@vitanera4032 Logos: best caster in the game, high single target damage and Multi-Target capabilities, has some debuffs from talent 1, able to deal necrosis damage with his module (strong damage type). Wisadel: Flinger sniper, specializes in AoE nukes with skill 3, has camouflage with summons that are as tanky as a defender, has a lot of damage off-skill comparable to a lot of OPs *with* skills, with her skill she deletes anything in sight in a huge radius They're both amazing for AFK, daily, long exploration (RA and IS) and high-end content. Good for clearing out mobs, elites and even dealing with bosses depending on skill You will never go wrong with bringing either or both to the map, they unlock easy difficulty just by existing

Unless you main Abyssal squad, Ulpianus should be the lowest priority operator. On the other hand, Ascalon should be MUCH higher, underestimated on release, but has made her way as a premier meta tier unit.
