White Onion and Lemon Thyme Marmalade - Made with fresh white garden onions and fresh lemon thyme! We find that white onions do not keep well through the winter; yellow and red onions keep much better. So, to enjoy delicious white onions and not have to throw them out, we use them up soon after harvesting them. The resulting marmalade serves as an excellent and very tasty garnish to serve with meat and fish, to eat with crackers and cheese, and as a condiment with sandwiches, burgers, and . . . so on!
