A Beetle engine is actually air cooled, but it is also in the back of the car. So I‘m not quite sure what those vents in the hood are doing? Fresh air for the drivers feet? Or in case you need to transport smelly luggage? 😉

A little tipp. For a better wheelie use the grafik mode with 30fps, because ist way worse on 60fps. Its just like many other fps related things in Gta. Just found it out yesterday by myself as i wheelied my Imperator over nearly the whole Airstrip.
