U r no doubt a highly intellectual and smart person ..successful banker as well Mr.Shah.thank you for ur contribution to upgrade the banking system in Nepal.But i have a suggestion to u and all the bankers all over Nepal.Will u pls strictly train ur staffs to interact in more humble and polite manner to the customers pls???U may treat n entertain ur rich customers ur way but could u pls ask ur staffs to treat in a human way to the rest.coz u are not going to serve anyone for free of cost i guess and people have no choice these days to substitute bank.I have faced this problems in many banks and even left a note of suggestion in the box including nabil bank,btl branch but don’t seem they take any serious action against those.well,i think polite n courteousness is must in customer service.Rest Mr Shah u have perfect guide lines and experiences to share which is heartly admirable.god bless you.

what a personality, impressive. Its worth hearing you. I have very bad experience with a nabil bank branch power house chowk birgunj, i will call it scam, and Alert all the students who is looking for education loan, financial scam is going in nabil bank. Nabil bank staff will ask for disbursement of unnecessary amount more than what is demanded in offer letter and they will make u pay interest on all the disbursement. and if u go to bank for settlement they will warn of loan closure. like this Nabil bank is making money from student going for study abroad. Worst is u can not report this anywhere as they are already plan how to handle it. Great CEO but shitty service at ground level.

When you speak our mother tongue please have clarity in your speech and again you doesn't sound like native English speaker. The way you are trying to nail english, try to nail your first language in the same way. It seems like you are in between, neither you can speak English well nor you can speak Nepali. As a Student of English here in Sydney, it's just my opinion. I just realized that how important is our first language becoz it doesnt matter how well and good english accent we have, we will never be like them. But we can be best in our Language.
