Wow will inform my brother who lives there. In one of the hotels on the waterfront by the looks of it. I recommend a spin on the electric tram to Laxey, or Snae Fell if it’s running, and there’s the steam train to Port Erin not to be missed. To relax between reviewing chess lines, there’s the spectacular Dhoon Glen, crossing the tram lines towards Ramsey, while the Laxey Wheel may provide some engineering curiosity. Fine coastal scenery around Peel, Niable, and White Strand, with excellent Devonian/Carboniferous coastal geology…
