Became my favourite player after Adam Jones. I still remember the chip and chase try he scored early on in his Ospreys career. One of the all time greats for sure during a time where Welsh back rows were dominating the game. Despite perhaps not getting the grand send off that some international legends got I do hope he realises just how highly rated he was by a Large portion of Rugby supporters over the last decade or so.

The best number 7 that could have played in the midfield for any of the regions and so lucky we had him playing for the Ospreys and Wales!!! Trebanos through and through too!!! Absolute Swansea valley legend!!!

The promotion of this Netflix documentary is diabolical. No official teaser or even trailer still? Only rugby diehards know it’s going on, you’ve hardly promoted it on any of your socials and worse of all ballcarrier were the ones to finally leak any kind of trailer not even Netflix or the 6 nations themselves 🤦‍♂️ absolutely embarrassing, great way to grow the game
