I think the movie really tried to make it as open and ambiguous as possible, but my opinion is that she didn't cheat, we have very explicit scenes and dialogue about Owen, but if you can recall, when Ansgar makes a move on Brooke in the apartment, just before the kiss you can hear Brooke whisper "I can't" which makes me think she turned down Ansgar and they didn't have sex so, in my opinion, Brooke didn't cheat on Owen.

Trust is so good. The cast really snapped. I don’t want a reboot. I want Victoria to move away from those characters. The Victorious fandom is toxic and they treat her like crap. She deserves better.
