Wemby playing in the Olympics looks so much stronger than when he entered the NBA, getting the reps in & building muscle will only make him more unstoppable. I click every wemby vid, I dont care if the vids say the same shit, I grew up on hearing about Wilt, Jordan, Rodman, ect, then I stopped paying attention during the Lebron Era, and when I checked back, Lebron was an old man, and I missed the time line to see that dude live in his prime, and then saw Lebron was whining, being entitled, despite being in contention for GOAT, and didnt seem to be putting his all like Kobe and Jordan. So I was getting kinda dejected, all these newbies were waiting for the old guard of the previous generation to stand down, so that the newbies could fully stand out. I heard of Jordan sparring with Bird, I wanted to see that same moment against Lebron. I was really starting to understand the Spurs, as I gravitated to Big Fundemental's play, and decided I would support the spurs. Lo and behold, who do they draft. Wemby. Ever since, I have not been more entertained by coverage of a player. His tenacity. His playfulness on the court. His drive to dominate. His humility. Thanks for making a documentary length vid on the Alien.

Also, the injury concerns at the NBA level aren't as much from "physicality". It's more due to the length of the season and the pace of the games. The NBA has a very long season, which puts wear on the body and the NBA game is played at a very high pace. This combines for a lot more impact and strain on bones, tendons, joints and muscles. This also increases the risk for injury. Players come into the NBA accustomed to playing at a certain pace/intensity in game. However, they aren't used to maintaining that pace and intensity for a lot longer over the season and this is where we start to see more injuries pop up. Also, during the season NBA players can spend a lot of time in places that aren't conducive to recovery...such as traveling on cramped airplanes or buses. It's a pretty small factor, but small factors add up over time.
