🇱🇰 COLOMBO, SRI LANKA - After saying goodbye to my host in Anuradhapura, I travelled to a town near Colombo airport called Katunayake, to meet a Sri Lankan girl before going back to my country. It was the first time I met one of my channel subscribers and I could try once again the amazing Sri Lankan hospitality. They eventually convinced me to sleep at their place for the night. We bought groceries together, visited a local shopping mall and at the end they surprised me and left me speechless. I hope you enjoy!

Visiting a local family's house following their invitation is one of the best hospitality experiences. One gets to experience humanity at it's best! Buongiorno Signora! FALOODA is a famous drink.Some ingredients are Vermicelli ( thicker than spaghetti ) milk , ice cream, rose syrup ect., There is a another famous drink It is SHARBAT. Ambarella is a fruit . It can cook as a Curry. Ambarell chutney is delicious. Wood- apple is a fruit. (Drink ). Wood -apple jam is available in Sri Lanka. Nice vidio. Grazie milli.

0:39 the way that mom and daughter begged Elizabeth to stay gave me goosebumps. If a srilankan (sounth Asian) visited a western country, the locals would NEVER beg like this or offer a fraction of this hospitality.

It’s sad to admit but yes, you are right, we’re not so warm in the West generally speaking. But I noticed that western people who lived in Asia are generally more hospitable because they have learnt a better way of living life 😊❤️
