​@@teddie7844Im a bektashi and this is not even a religion and I confirm this is the most peacful and patriotic sect you can touch in a lifetime. all religion are same in our view and we dont a tiny clue what you believe bc we are free believers in our core.for example in islam an indian is a brother to you if it is a muslim but in bektashi thats a big NO till 2024 there is never been a recorded date when we have ever had a problem with each other and lets be honest we go to each other sacred places.

Don't lie my friend first of all i'm albanian and you need to learn some history : after ottoman emperior come to Balkan all non muslim have to pay taxes ( money ) . The truth is that the majority of Albanians are secular but they are ashamed to not have any religion (because of communism in the past). Therefore the majority will tell you they are muslims when in fact, a simple conversation would reveal that their values are against this religion.

Not sure why they decided to name the square "Skenderbej" back in the day since it doesn't even easily roll off the tongue in the local language (it's a Turkish title). Per gli italiani Giorgio Castriota è perfettamente accettabile e dovrebbe essere anche piu facile da pronunciare :)
