Renee's health complaints of tiredness and feeling cold all the time are similar to those of a person who lacks B vitamins and/or iron. It would be useful to get a blood test to assess vitamins, nutrients, and thyroid levels.

This is so true! I was like this for yearsssss. From age 14-21 then one day I collapsed and had a blood transfusion. Now I have to take iron liquid and vitamins everyday because I'm severely anaemic. Now I'm on meds I have energy to run every morning and I'm no longer freezing and fatigued.

Health literacy is so important. There is so little emphasis and awareness of the importance of vitamins and minerals on physical and mental well-being. It's heartwarming to know that you have pinpointed are aware, and have found a solution to optimal well-being. Let's hope Aunty Pat sees this and cascades the message to Ren!
