I went to this hotel for my anniversary. The reception was not nice they were nice until they learned that we were locals. We treated every staff with respect and made sure to tip them. They did not set up our rooms even thou we made sure to tell them that it was our anniversary. I would never go back to this hotel ever. They should treat locals with the same customer service. I am happy you enjoyed your visit. Did I mention that the room was not clean listen and the sheet had stains. Every time I remember I feel like crying that's my worse anniversary vacation.

I need to understand why they would ask for an ID to verify if you are a guest because you are jamaican?...you would have checked in as a guest.also don't they have hand bands or something just curious ?

They were trying to sell us their hotel membership so they said they needed to verify I’m a tourist so they wanted to see my US ID, think they invite persons who they think are tourist
