I was about to hit the sack and stumbled across one if your previous videos then ended up watching all of them about your Polo GTI. Congrats with the purchases and many happy miles ahead. I also bought a new Polo GTI in 2019 which now has 96000 km's on the clock because I love to drive. Over the past 4 years the only major cost incurred is tyre replacement every 35000KM's or so. If you can get some Michelin PS4 or 5's (if you can find them) it changes the driving dynamic completely compared to factory Bridgestone’s (also very noisy tyres). When the 22 facelift arrived I went to enquire about buying a new one and in the end decided against it for a number of reasons, but mainly COST and secondly software issues. Sadly we also dont get the EU spec and stuck with the original engine and gearbox. The EU spec now offers 152KW and a 7 speed DSG. As a result, I extended the motor plan to 150 000 km's so servicing etc is done at the dealer. BTW, Laura is a hoot mate. Min geplaar about the driving dynamics XD

I only spent R1800 or so per tyre...3-4k for one would've been too much for me 😂I think I needa get used to sending bucks on a sports car. It's so unfortunate how all the new cars have all these limitations though.. I've heard there's a tuning blocker and everything. It's just crazy 😑 Haha thanks man! She's an absolute legend 😁😂👌🏽seriously good fun getting her to experience these cars.
