Hi guys, about your stamp if you need to give a phone number to better your business I would say it’s best to have a phone number just for the shop, not your private number. That’s only my suggestion. You guys are doing great.

Pema la , you should wear rubber glove 🧤 while washing those utinsel . And also apply mentsekhang massage or arthritic oils before bed .it’s just my suggestion and never give on what you want to achieve in your life . Lastly don’t worry much , just enjoy every second of life n work hard. All the best for you two 🎉

Having a cafe contact number separately from personal number is good. A number that only takes order! Saving the personal one for payment? Also in terms of hiring labour. You could reduce hours of work if you open at 9am? You won’t have that many dishes usually until 2/3hours after opening, so calling the worker at 11 instead of 9 everyday would save 10-14 hours in a week depending on hours of operation. At this stage, every expenses counts cos pema must had to spend some of her savings to start this venture so reducing labour cost would make big difference by the end of every month. Not encouraging labour exploitation, just sharing thoughts. Best wishes 🎉

We don’t ask for donations for ourselves but if there is any emergency 🚨 fund needed for people like last time I ask for donations for a Tibetan man with kidney failure!
