They generally make their music as a complete experience. So as far as I know only 2 songs ever appeared in TV or movies. Sober was in an episode of Beavis and Butthead (Episode 12 • Citizen Butt-head) & Sweat was in Escape from L.A. [1996]

Sorry you were sick. Glad you were catching the vocals. This one is kinda famous for instruments being mixed at equal levels while Maynard whispers. Drives first-timers 🤪 One thing that’ll help the experience if you rewind back a few secs after sharing thoughts. You’ll catch the transitions and drops better. Polyrhythms will flow easier. Hope you’re well recovered!

I'd advise you to start at the beginning of ah album and react your way through it. 10000 days, laturalus, fear inoccumlum. If you read the lyrics through before your reaction, it'll help a lot with the first listen. Maynard and Tool treat his voice as a 4th instrument so sometimes it's difficult to hear him clearly. As far as videos, doing a lyric then video breakdown back to back would be really enjoyable to watch. Specifically Sober, Schism, and Vicarious. The drum cam for Pneuma would be amazing too, and it's basically guaranteed views. Keep it up, tool fans are hear to see new people begin to appreciate our favorite band.
