Great review! The tools are getting better, the weight has been an issue in the past, great to see that they are addressing that issue. Like the Rambo mode!

As someone who has been part of the Orange gang for a few years now, I can attest that the new stuff they are putting out even feels a bit nicer than the older stuff. The tools definitely feel a bit more refined. Also, that LSA does come in handy in the rare times you need it. And, if they’ve come out with an upgraded version of what you send in, most of the time they’ll just send you the new upgraded tool

That's great unless you have the older High Torque Impact Wrench😮

Ridgid 15 gauqe finish nailer kit came in today. I tested it with 1/2 inch oak and 2X4 underneath-shooting 2 1/2 finish nails. Dude: it worked great and nothing was proud once it was adjusted. This thing is a beast.beast, beast. Many years of good service is ahead for this BEAST!!

@@ToolReviewZone I really was tore between this one and Flex. If this nailer didn't handle oak and the pine together then Flex here I come. I was impressed. It felt a little different in a good way

I have 23 gauge pin Nailer and found it works great in pine. I was using 1 1/2 pins with 1/2 thick red oak with pine behind it. Some of pins were a little proud. I still have it because over all it does work good but will be weary going forward.

I have a company. We run Ridgid. Works for us. We use them hard all the time but I try to keep abuse down.

Ok, Ridgid gets a thumbs up for at least giving you some free nails/staples with the tool. That's rare these days.

Rigid is back from the brink

It never left they just stumbled a bit as people were expecting POWER. While all the other brands were working on more impacts and speed numbers like dewalt, hercules, milwaukee etc. Ridgid decided to simultaneously release their subcompact line which were light weight and ergonomic BUT a bit slower/weaker than their previous brushless tools leaving reviewers to basically show inferior tools vs other brand's new beasts. After Ridgid discontinued the octane line some people are still mad just as dewalt cancelled their 40V line leaving users super salty. That LSA is a huge plus, I recently did a video about my 18V tire inflator not working and how ridgid handled it. ~ Work Smart

I can't say for certain but I don't think I've seen much Ridgid tools on the job site. I could be wrong.

That's all I've been seeing with Dewalt. Weird but ai think Milwaukee may be pricing themselves pit of the market 🤔

I just don't get how Ryobi, Milwaukee and Ridgid pin nailers can only do 1-3/8. what test did they do to say that extra 1/8" to get to 1-1/2"

Wait I just realized, you said viewer friendly nail reload...youtube is concerned with that but you can type in "see through clothing models" naked yoga, and straight up sex but you have to say firearm or pew pew and not gun lol. Educational Horror movie reviews and Animal videos even have to blur ticks and fleas if there's enough blood. I see why a lot of people are just done with the censoring
