6:35 while I don't know the exact acronym, here's what I do know: in Undertale's code, there are timelines, about 100 of them, each programmed in their own ways, while most of them are equal, some have different events that normally don't occur in the main plot, each of these timelines are numbered from 1 to 100, which is their FUN value,when the player does a normal reset, they advance to the next timeline (ex: player is on timeline 1, player resets --> player is now on timeline 2 and so on) FUN values can be changed directly on the games code, which makes it easier to see different events or interactions. When the player does a true reset though, they go back to timeline 1, according to underplayer, if you exceed the maximum FUN value(100), you'd lose the ability to save and load, since, in simple terms, it's an out-of-bounds area and has exceed the games simulation range, and from there it would probably be the same original timeline over and over, with no special events whatsoever, and in player's case, he's stuck in that "FUN over 100" timeline (since apparently he seems unable to directly change FUN value), and every reset is a true reset, since they weren't supposed to or should even be capable of getting there, the same code that didn't allow for one to naturally surpassed FUN 100 now won't allow for to go below (like a wall, if you somehow make it to the other side, you wouldn't be able to go back unless you used the same method to cross as before) which is why they can't go back normally.

yeah every reset has a diffrent fun value you can get the gaster/ mystery man secret in water fall if you have 66 fun and go through the empty hallway then the grey door apears but yes you are correct
