Siren head is a physical being who is tall and has loud sirens, that's it. Siren head is also canonically scared shitless of cartoon Cat. The only other creatures who can rival Cartoon Cat are other cartoon creatures (primarily Cartoon Dog), but even then Cartoon Cat is still the most experienced of the cartoon creatures and is often seen as the strongest. Some people claim (though I'm not sure if this is true) that cartoon cat is a leader figure to other cartoon creatures. edit: giants like behemoth MIGHT be able to take on cartoon cat, but that's pushing it

This is a masterpiece. The chorus is catchy and with the different variation of music really reminds me of basically the two most popular music styles in the 1930s-50s, and is still able to keep the creepy and dark undertones of cartoon cat.
