Eddie Howe still need 2-3 transfer windows to build his own squad. He is the best head coach I've seen since the late Sir Bobby Robson, in my opinion he is already ahead of Kevin Keegan. Eddie on the rowing machine is underrated. The screen doesn't do him justice as to how big he actually is. I ran into him at Heathrow airport a couple weeks back and chatted with him for a bit. Out of all the things, the most surprising about him was his size. He is a lot bigger and more built than the TV and these videos would suggest. HWTL!

Eddie getting involved in the training then the boys all laughing at bdbs gloves is class. It's brillant seeing what howe has built in terms of the team culture and togetherness can't see it anywhere else especially at this level. A video of them just exploring the archive would be class. It's good seeing some of the older boys have fun too which I doubt will be here after summer. Imagen maxi being here tho would just be pure chaos.
