My favorite motivational speech on Toonami: anger; no wonder Vegeta can't let go of his anger. Piccolo, however, lets go of his anger; it makes him focus, that's why it makes him so angry. I just have to turn it into something positive, or else I'll never learn from my mistakes and be angry forever. Thanks, TOM; that speech really motivates me.

I love how Toonami showed everything that DBZ really had to offer, it wasn't just an action cartoon.. using it this way showed that there were actual life lessons to be learned from it. I miss these dase of Toonami, and I really hope they bring it back one day.

Ahhh... Brings back many awesome childhood memories, I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking that. Toonami wasn't just an action-oriented programming block, it was more than that. "A tidal wave of cartoons" was just the tip of the iceberg, it introduced awesome beats that had that certain tranquility you only find out in space. It also introduced many games that are now classics, by showing game reviews for us. Toonami, you will still remain in the hearts of our generation (90s born).

Out of all the four TOMS, TOM 1 is my favorite host. When I was young, I always enjoyed listening to his motivating speeches. He was a friend to me. In my opinion, he should of been the host for Toonami for a little bit longer than only a couple of months. He deserved better!

I remember running home from school to catch toonami before it started. Meaning I come home before 3pm, put on my house clothes, get my snack ready and plop in front of the TV before the intro. I got out of school at 2:40 every day and not only did I have to battle other kids running to catch toonami, I had a long walk ahead of me. Thank God for short cuts! I would get home at 2:55pm every day, breathing hard and my mom wondering why the hell I'm all sweaty and tired. Totally worth it.

I was a devoted to Toonami since the ending of Moltar/start of Tom and I have great memories. Toonami had the right idea with these speeches and even though when at that young age you thought they sounded stupid they were good. If Toonami does come back it needs two things: 1. The same flow and formula we all know and love 2. Decent anime that isn't Pokemon.....please.
