I like the new trolley games, they remind me of Mario Party. Main thing I'm really annoyed by is they were talking about Field Offices like they're nowhere near finished, when last year it looked like good progress was being made on them.

I've heard mixed things about this. I would be cool with the laff boost if they would implant harder cogs? Maybe higher lvls or more health. Need some type of balance in between.

All the ideas look great, but it’s just too bad that they aren’t further along. I expected from last years toonfest that was we would be getting field offices shortly after, and we may have to wait till the end of this year or even longer.

I’m upset they didn’t mention the Sans Undertale special addition costume that you can buy in the cattlelog along with the default dance emote you can get by completing 100 5+Story cog buildings smh

They need to add a whole second phase to the game. The game can easily double in size eventually if they allow you to “prestige” at a certain point and enter a whole new like underground/ region of the toontown world with new harder cogs, new gag tracks, places, games etc... kinda like the Pokémon regions. It’d take a lot of development but this game has a lot of potential and can last for years so content can come out slowly

Ideas are good, but last year it had more of a spunk to it when they didn’t just have concepts...now it’s all concepts, and they don’t even have a single thing that they can call something new to come really soon. Everything they talked about needed work, I’m waiting this week to see if corporate Clash truly does an amazing job with their new update, and if what they do is something so new, something never ever seen, TTR won’t have any excuse because what they couldn’t do in 5 years, Clash will do it in a little over 1, but we will see, Clash seems very into this update for the week, and keeps on saying it’s going to be something really changing. Flat out I’m disappointed in TTR, they could do so much better, but they are acting like a company more than an actual fan recreation, Disney had reasons to hold off updates, for money it’s what they wanted, not a great reason, but it’s a reason, why does TTR hold off for no reason.

3:03 Well its not an error render, that footage is just a "first draft" of their video for crash cashbot, they simply made it without some components like the cog feet and without animations, and some graphics were overlapping which made them stutter looking like an error but its just a draft concept render

They had said there were a number of errors when importing the file into blender, causing it to look like that when rendering the first draft.

If they do Sell/Cash/Law/Boss Field Offices at 2 laff points each, then the Chairman/That Suit as 5 laff, that’ll bring the grand total to 150 even.

Tbh, I want to see the trolley games developed into actual things. I feel like the field offices are likely going to become a grindy thing, and while I do like some, there's an overwhelming amount in toontown. Playing the trolley games with friends once in a while is the main reason I occasionally get on now.

cant wait to use a remote control in a battle and 98% of the time someone will just kill the controlled cog and then everyone will start fighting with each other and for it to make it so you cant just use sound and get through it meaning the battles are going to take longer

The video is excellent, great understandable breakdown. Although the man holes thing with the secret base down there is very interesting. I was hoping to be able to explore the underground and see like undercover secret cog stuff happening there, but where else would one hide a resistance base? Oh well

The only long-lasting NEW piece of content of TTR in 6 years and they're all just mere concepts and ideas that haven't been fully thought out. It irks me to no end. I get it, they have jobs they have lives away from TTR, but what's even the point of making it if you won't dedicate yourself to it? I'm off of Toontown because of how impossible remaking the game from scratch is and I'm.....somewhat skeptical about Clash and their 'big update' but this. This is what pisses me off about TTR.

If they're just gonna leave the game as it is rn then don't keep showing new content that's never gonna come.
