Toonkind DnD: Moon's Memory Part 1 - Investigation

While we've all heard stories of reelkind being fascinated by toons and their culture- often in ways that are less than respectful- it's not a one way street. Connor Sire is a fan of all things reelkind, a "philanthropist" that puts his absurd amount of money into collecting reelkind items and art. In a few days, he's holding a concert with one of the prized items in his collection on display: a humble gem by the name of Moon's Memory, emblazoned with a rather familiar crest... so obviously Phantom L has to steal it.
Before that, though, he's going to need to stake the place out! And he's not doing it alone- not this time.
